If a performer needs to change a booking time they will contact you directly before the performance to discuss options. Under normal cirumstances we recommend that you plan to expect the performer for 15 minutes either side of your specified performance time however this can vary depending on travel conditions.

Refunds and Cancellations before the performance

If you want to cancel our service then please contact us at the earliest opportunity as late cancellations can mean that the performer misses out on other work they could have undertaken on that day. We do not offer refunds for performances that have taken place. Booking deposits are non refundable as they cover the administration fees involved in handling your booking however if given notice we are happy to change dates where possible without additional fees.

Issues with the performance and refunds once the service has been provided.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the performance or the service provided then we will review your issue and we may refund your booking deposit if we believe that the issue is valid. Our performers are self employed and are paid for the service at point of delivery. If a replacement has been sent then you are within your rights to refuse the service if you do not believe that the replacement is suitable and we will refund your booking deposit. If you proceed with the performance and later feel that the service was not as expected then we accept no liability for fees you have paid to the performer for the service that they provided however we will negotiate with the performer to see if they are willing to make any kind of refund. We really do want all our customers to enjoy the experience as we want your repeat bookings and we only send bookings to performers that we are confident in.
