Your Data

If you wish to purchase our service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your contact information, the date of the event and any other information necessary for us to undertake the Service. Without this information we will be unable to supply the service to you.

Performance Times

We will make every attempt to ensure that the performance starts at the time of your choosing however due to the nature of our business it is not always possible as performers may have to travel significant distances or they may have multiple performances booked. If a performer needs to change a booking time they will contact you directly before the performance to discuss options. Under normal cirumstances we recommend that you plan to expect the performer for 15 minutes either side of your specified performance time.

Refund and Cancellations

If you want to cancel our service then please contact us at the earliest opportunity as late cancellations can mean that the performer misses out on other work they could have undertaken on that day. We do not offer refunds for performances that have taken place. Booking deposits are non refundable as they cover the administration fees involved in handling your booking however if given notice we are happy to change dates where possible without additional fees.

Performer Availability / Alternatives

We will make every attempt to ensure that the performer you have booked is able to attend however it is not always possible to send the performer of your choice so we ask you to select alternative at point of booking. If we are unable to send a suitable replacement we will let you know and refund your booking deposit.

Payments to Performers

Once you have made payment to the performer and they have undertaken the performance then the service has been "consumed" and no refunds will be offered.
